One residence need was to have a form of access control to the compound as well as reduce operational/ management costs through automation. We automated the gate; this enabled the owner reduce costs as he did not require 2 guards as before. He also feels more in control of the property as only specific people are assigned remotes.

Another residence, a villa required CCTV to monitor the home for security threats and provide a sense of control and peace of mind. The residence also had a non-functional intruder alarm which was installed during construction.

We provided a complete IP CCTV solution. The owners are able to monitor the residence real time on their phones and we are in the process of fixing the intruder alarm.
